Founded late 2019, Jin Hospitality is the collaboration of Eddie Chow & Akira Nakasu anchored by a partnership with valley-native, Chef Vincent Contreras.

Through Chef Vince’s background in French culinary technique along with Eddie & Akira’s past experience operating restaurants in Taiwan & Japan, we strive to convey the same warmth, hospitality & care that the values of ‘Izakaya’ & ‘Omotenashi’ embody. 

Nestled by walls of greenery and bougainvillea flowers, our first concept, Nanaya Japanese Kitchen, sits around the backside of the Gaslight Square in the Arcadia Phoenix neighborhood.

Slated to open this upcoming Summer, we aim to open two additional Japanese-centric concepts – MOTOMOTO, in the historic Hilton Garden Inn located in Downtown Phoenix & Matsuri, in the heart of Mill Avenue’s entertainment district.
